The world experience has revealed correlations between fundamental science and innovations. Still there is a number of problems connected with the organization of effective cooperation between representatives of these two intellectual spheres and it is a real breach between the results of modern scientific researches and their utilization. Solution of these problems is the basic activity of the Center CDIA today. The main objectives of the Center CDIA are: corporative development of innovation business on the base of research and development potential of the Scientific Center RAS in Chernogolovka, assistance in development and application of modern information technologies into the business undertakings environment and social infrastructure, organization of educational activity, propaganda and popularization of know-how, scientific and technical research results and projects of the SCCh RAS. The Center CDIA intends to: to consolidate scientific organizations and enterprises, interested in application of science achievements into the market of modern technologies; to provide informational support to advance innovations in Cherngolovka; to cooperate with Municipality of Chernogolovka and structures of Russian Academy of Science on the basis of mutual benefit; to cooperate with higher organs of public administration in order to create positive climate for its activity; to contribute to a legal guarantee of auspicious conditions for innovation business; to get investors, sponsors, international organizations and supporting funds for small-scale business to support innovation projects and technologies; to use mass media for widespread public support of its activity; to involve local (Chernogolovka) subjects of economical activity into inter-regional and international information media; to preserve and to form new qualified professional community in Chernogolovka. For the five previous years the members of the Center CDIA have been engaged to work in: organization and carrying out science and research and development conferences, seminars, trainings; publishing activities connected with publication of materials of conferences and other analytical editions; organizational accompaniment of all kinds of research and development projects, sponsored by Russian and international funds and organizations. The Center CDIA includes a regular staff as well as expert invitees, highly qualified in different fields of science and technology. At present the members of the Center CDIA are actively conducting innovation projects on the RFBR Competition and Fund of Small- and Medium-Scale Business Promotion -2002, RFBR-Moscow Region and series of projects in the International Scientific-Technical Center and Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology of RF.  The Center CDIA has successfully taken part in organization and conduct of: the Conference “Scientific Researches In Scientific Towns of Moscow Region. New Materials And Technologies. Innovations Of The 21-st Century “. Chernogolovka, October,1-5, 2001 (400 participants); a profound scientific training "The Role Of The State In The Support Of Small- and Medium- Scale Innovation Technological Enterprises ", carrying out in the frames of the NATO Scentific Programme (December, 5-8, 2001,ISTC, Moscow; 100 participants, including 20 foreign participants); the meeting of Federation Council Committee of Science, Culture, Education, Public health and Ecology ” Present-day State Of Legal Promotion Of Research and Development and Innovation Activity in Russian Federation: Problems and Prospect of Development, June, 28, 2002; Scentific Center in Chernogolovka RAS (300 participants).
